Refund & Return Policy

At Euro Polo (operated by Jack Studio Marketing Sdn Bhd), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item or request a refund.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Conditions for return

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and any gift box intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and other reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items damaged through misuse, or altered after delivery
  • Personalised or customised items (if applicable)

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us at sales.jackstudio@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 11-6060 1277 with your order number and reason.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back (for non-faulty returns, return postage is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed).

Refund method and timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (FPX / DuitNow / card / e-wallet via Billplz).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–14 working days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, the return process above applies.
