Overview

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

All return requests must be initiated by contacting our team before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Conditions

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date
  • In original, unused condition — unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
  • All original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact and included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that show signs of use, damage, or have had tags removed will not be accepted for return.

Exclusions

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance promotions
  • Items personalised or customised to order
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 7-day window has lapsed
Process

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number if approved.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RA number.
  4. Ship the item to our address using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or variant, please indicate this when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your preferred replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly dispatched item.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Defects

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

In these cases, Euro Polo will arrange for collection at no cost to you and will either replace the item or issue a full refund, at your preference.
