We deliver across Malaysia with care and precision.

Coverage

Delivery Coverage

Euro Polo ships to all states in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Malaysia.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur.

Processing

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Qualifying free shipping is applied automatically.

Tracking

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched. You may track your parcel directly via the respective courier's website:

  • J&T Express: jtexpress.my
  • Pos Laju: poslaju.com.my

If you do not receive a tracking notification within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

Unsuccessful Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave a notification for collection at the nearest post office or drop-off point. Euro Polo is not responsible for parcels that are unclaimed or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
