Products and pricing
- All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update or discontinue products at any time.
3.2
Orders
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
3.3
Payment
- Payments are processed securely through Billplz, supporting FPX, DuitNow, e-wallets, and cards.
- We do not store your full payment credentials.
3.4
Shipping and delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within approximately 2–4 working days (West Malaysia), 5–9 working days (East Malaysia), subject to courier timelines.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control are not our liability.
- A complete and accurate delivery address is required at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided.

Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Euro Polo name, logo, images, and text — is the property of Jack Studio Marketing Sdn Bhd and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
