Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Euro Polo website (europolo.my) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Euro Polo Malaysia.

Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours and textures may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and photography conditions. We make every effort to represent our products accurately.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Orders

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items. A contract is formed only upon our confirmation of your order via email or WhatsApp.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

• A product is out of stock or discontinued
• A pricing error has occurred
• Payment cannot be verified
• The order is suspected to be fraudulent

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be fully refunded.

Payment

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, online banking (FPX), and select e-wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Euro Polo does not store your card or banking credentials. Payment data is handled exclusively by our payment processors.

Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all states within Malaysia. Estimated delivery timelines and rates are outlined on our Shipping Information page.

Euro Polo is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page. By purchasing from us, you agree to those terms.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Euro Polo website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs — is the intellectual property of Euro Polo and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euro Polo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability in any matter relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

We do not warrant that our website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Your use of the website is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
